completely faded. 14 months after my purchase, my knee went right through the
fabric and made a 2 foot tear. The material had gotten thin and weak. I called
customer service. A supervisor called me back. Since the warranty is only for
one year, I am out of luck and $200. I would expect a $200 chair to last for
more than 14 months. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product and
the fact that Brookstone does not stand by its products, or care about the
quality of their products, or care about the satisfaction of their customers.
they are not the company I thought they were. Buyer beware!!!!!
