(More customer reviews)I bought this chair in March 2008 - it was great but after five+ months, a welded metal part broke at the welds rendering the chair unusable.Fortunately it was under warranty.So I thought.
Strike 1: the chair broke on a Friday night and their customer service is strictly M-F.So there were two days of waiting just to get my claim in.I emailed their parts department and gave them all my information, the part numbers, the order numbers, etc.
Strike 2: they emailed back an order form for me to fill out - asking for the exact same information I had provided in the original email.
Strike 3: they accepted my order right away and said simply that UPS would send me an email when it shipped.Two weeks later, having heard nothing, I called."The part is back-ordered and it will be six-to-eight *weeks*."
I contend this company never had any intention of honoring their warranty otherwise they would have had plenty of spares and a better parts replenishment strategy.Their warranty is simply false advertising.
I will not buy another chair (or anything else) from this supplier.
