(More customer reviews)I bought one of these for my two-year-old daughter to start potty-training.She initially would sit in it at my request, but would not stay because the seat was apparently uncomfortable.The seat is flat wood with a perfect circle cut into the wood.A baby's bottom (nor an adult's bottom) does not conform to a perfect circle, so the baby slips uncomfortably down into the bowl.
No adult toilet seat has a perfectly round and flat seat, so why should a baby who is just learning to use the potty find this comfortable?
The seat is attractive to look at and has storage for magazines, but fails to meet the primary objective of helping a child learn to toilet.
