(More customer reviews)On March of 2010, I ordered two armed chairs and two without arms. They look pretty. When the chairs arrived, one arm of the chairs could not be assembled to the back of the chair due to the defect in the products.

Months later, the chair started to produce strange powders which confused me, but I thought it might be just some wood dust. A month after that, I found a black dead bug lay inside the powders droped to the ground under the chair, this time I realized there could be some issue in the chair,so I examed the chair - oh my God, I could see those chewed holes inside the back -UNFINISHED wood of the seating of the chair.

I contacted the seller, their attitude is really bad. They did not even look into the issue, all they did was to bargain for me to pay shipping cost for replacement of the seating, while I have been hesitating (I like the pretty design of the chair for sure), andworrying about the safety of keeping the rest of the chairs. I had to obtain professional to exam the chair and my house so that I can protect my house from any potential damage caused by the strange bugs carried in the chairs.

I am preparing legal action against this retailer/seller. It is their responsiblity to check into this issue and ensure the quality and safety of their imported furnitures.They get to stop the consequences!!!

I will pose the video review of the damage scene of the chair - those holes, deag bugs and powders. Disgusting and scarring in the sense that it is not our customers supposed to be exposed to at all!
