(More customer reviews)I was very disgusted with the purchase I made from web furniture, I call the company and spoke to Grace told her the item that was shipped to me was wrong and that it smell as if my package was shipped from a fish market. The item appears to be two leather chairs from the photo. Told her i was very disatified with the product and wanted my money back She was very rude and pretty much told me she didn't care if she lost me as a customer and I had to paid to ship me product back . She receive the chairs back and I had to call her to refund my money back to me, after paying for the item to be shipped back to her she then took $10.00 more from my refund, I was so upset, I rate this company and their product no stars.
