(More customer reviews)I loved this product until it stopped working a month after I bought it.For no apparent reason it stopped heating both seats although the status indicator light still goes on - no visible wear and tear.Then I checked the warranty and that's worthless.Of course you have to pay to ship it to them and they want $10 for return shipping.You essentially have to repurchase the product.NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION! What a waste of money.
