(More customer reviews)This is a pretty sturdy, massive (and surprisingly heavy) table.It's made from solid wood (here goes another beautiful tree) and painted white.It's pretty tall (as dimensions show).Also on the edges the paint is artificially worn out to give it a slightly "rustic" appearance.The wood underneath is dark, like mahogany.Overall, I'm pretty happy with it, but 2 things are keeping me from giving it 5 stars:
1) I think the legs are too long not to put some additional supports on the sides.I took care of that pretty quick and now it's much more stable (I've been wondering if my floor is slightly uneven, too); and,
2) They gave me a bad nut.I mean this literally - a bad nut. It wasn't threaded right inside (not at all, more like it) so it was completely useless.And they don't give you any extra nuts so I was panicking that I won't be able to finish it.Thankfully, I had extra nuts from another home improvement project and used that nut instead.
Have I said the word "nuts" enough times for you?Good.
