(More customer reviews)The chair is what you have to expect it to be, a glorified pool inflatable. The problem was with what wasn't included. There was no pump in the box, as was advertised. I had to go out and buy a $12.00 hand pump to inflate the chair. I immediately wrote to the Packaging Department, but received no response. What, they don't have quality control people to check what is actually sent out? It's criminal! I would never recommend doing business with Amazon ....... they just don't care about customer service.
