(More customer reviews)I have owned this chair for a grand total of 3 weeks and it is the most uncomfortable office chair I have ever encountered. There are at least 6 locations on the seat that I can feel something...springs in cushion???.. or whatever. It's like they put a half dozen golf balls directly beneath the leather.
Did I just get a defective chair, not sure.No, I'm not a big overweight guy, a mere 180 LBS. The furniture store where I purchased it is sending their service technician next week to check it out, can't wait until that person sits in it. ;-)
A great chair to look at, just remain standing and admire from afar.
