(More customer reviews)I ordered 4 of these and they said they were on back order. I waited 2 months only to get a product that is different from the picture and the description. Back is cloth all the way up and the cloth part is only 18" wide not the 27 they claim in the ad.The arms are not contoured as in the picture.
