(More customer reviews)Didn't even open the box.I happened to meet the delivery driver at the door and immediately refused the shipment.The box was torn and crushed in several places.One box corner was extremely damaged and two sticks (that had once been chair legs) were protruding, with a couple of inches of wood missing from the ends.Can't fault the shipping company or even the manufacturer; the box was very thin and obviously not meant to be shipped seperately.This box was most-likely shipped from the manufacturer on a palet, stacked together with other chairs, secured together and the edges protected by sturdy cardboard.Probably meant for a brick and mortar store, not an online merchant.
