(More customer reviews)I ordered 2 items from Amazon.com and have NEVER had a more frustrating experience. After picking my items it literally took me 20 minutes to get to a screen that would allow me to check out. I kept going back to the page that listed and showed "my products" but nowhere on that screen was there anywhere to check out. I had to go through and start over and this went on and on and on and on until FINALLY on the right side of the screen it said "check out", which I did. That process was simple. The only other problem I had was one of the chairs I ordered kept coming up with a quanity of 2, and I only wanted one. That was easy enough to edit but it did it to me 3 times when I would get ready to check out. I dont know if this is like this because we are ordering from different store and not Amazon directly, but I have to say, I will think twice before going through this again. I havent received my products yet, so you may hear from me again!
