(More customer reviews)it does smell but my teenager says it's like a new car. and does get better quite heavy but fairly comfy, zipper doesn't seem to work and only has a single shell so probably hard to launder, if you want a deluxe chair you probably have to spend 2 or 3 hundred so for the price my son likes it. the picture isn't real they must have a chair underneath or have the woman suspended by wires. you really sink into the chair.
