The synch pull at the bottom is not so easy to synch tightly but it does have a strap with a clip to secure it to a chair leg.The cover was way to large for our lounge chairs but we were able to use the cover to cover up 2 barstool chairs and a table so we kept the item and have been pleased with it so far.
