(More customer reviews)For the most part, it is a comfortable chair. I was shopping around a while and this was the best deal. I purchased 2 chairs...one was perfect, the other was damaged. It to SOOOOOOO long to get a replacement, which I was not happy about. They didn't even send a new chair, only a replacement part to fix the chair. Overall the service was horrible, but the chairs are a good buy!
